PRIVATE TRAINING
I focus on both strength and skill training. In the pool or out of the pool. You can train with me in person — where we create better coordination, strength, speed, and tension in the body. In the pool we work 1:1 to improve stroke technique to optimize speed, performance, and safety. We use motor learning methods that I have proved to be effective.
Semi-Private
I will work with Semi-Private groups of 3 or less in the weight room. I will not do this type of training in the pool. And it is reserved for special cases. There are pro’s of doing it together but as to not degrade the quality of what we’re doing I like to keep the groups small!
