Welcome to High Performance

Integrative Performance was founded with the idea that high performance is of ultimate priority. Performing at a high level means emphasizes speed, strength, and skill. Integrative Performance is the only place where we can create a plan that creates these elements without making you stiff and tired like traditional programming.

We have found that many individuals after years of traditional lifting or bodybuilding find themselves 1) In pain and constantly having to modify exercises for that pain 2) Too stiff to run and play sports 3) Making you too tired to actually enjoy life.

We take human movement to be central to all things. We will make you athletic, dynamic, supple, fluid, while being strong, powerful, and competitive. You will be better at life. Perform better with your sport or just be better playing basketball with your friends.

Are you always the one that “isn’t as athletic”, “clumsy”, “uncoordinated”, “always hurt”?

Well that was me at one point. What I figured out is that we have to move in the way the human body was meant to. If not: We get injured. We get fatigued faster. We seem uncoordinated. We are slower. We must fix movement in coordination with all aspects of fitness. If we ignore human movement patterns then you can’t expect to improve these awesome human qualities.

We offer high performance practice in human movement and high-level athletics. Whether you are trying to reach peak performance levels or looking for a movement solution outside of a bodybuilding-based culture, we got you covered.

In relation to swimming:

We offer consulting, dryland programs for all ages, and swim programs for all levels. We also offer stroke analysis in a motor learning context and you receive a 6 week skill-based program.
